I have only ever seen information that states Windows 11 supports Wi-Fi 6E, but no statements about Windows Server 2022.
Maybe asking this question in a Microsoft forum might yield a better chance to get a definite answer.
If you ask a question on Bing or Copilot, the answer will be that Windows Server 2022 supports Wi-Fi 6E.

Can you share me any links or screenshots where you found Windows Server 2022 supports Wi-Fi 6E?
