Hi,

Need help troubleshoot my Deco M5. Recently I thought my issue is on the ISP side but it seems the issue im currently having is on the Deco M5

my expected speed is 600 Mbps for both download and upload, I'm getting the expected speed when i'm connected directly to my ISP Router but when i connect to Deco M5

my speed is 600 Mbps / 2 ping for Download and 300-400 Mbps / 20-300 ping for Upload

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know who is your internet service provider?

Would you get the same speedtest result via "Test Internet Speed" on the Deco APP?

Please also confirm QOS has been set to 1000 m/s for download and upload.

I see there is an ISP router, and it is suggested to set Deco into Access Point mode to see whether it made any difference to the upload speed:
