Hi, is your Jio SIM 5G SIM or 4G SIM?

Are you using beta firmware provided in this thread: India Jio SIM stops working on TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers after upgrading to 5G?

If it still doesn't work, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page along with system log file.

Hi, your current firmware still shows Build 220727 which is not the beta firmware, please try the firmware update again and make sure it is updated successfully.
