bought two t100 and a led930. set up auto for one sensor top and bottom of stairs to activate led when triggered. trig log dont always say anything on app and the led hardly ever turn on.
Does the sensor have a good connection with the Tapo hub? On the Tapo App, if you go to the device's Settings page, and head to Device Info, you can check what's the signal strength and signal interference of this device. (Click the signal icon to check the RSSI rate.)
Which Tapo hub are you using? The Tapo H100 or H200?
Please check the Event Log of the motion sensor, Is any movement detection recorded there?
