Deco XE75 Pro 6ghz bandwidth wifi not detectable
Hi,
I finished setup deco xe75 pro and able to detech the normal 2.4/5 ghz bandwidth.
However my devices and laptops unable to detect the 6ghz bandwidth at all.
I've check to ensure wifi is not hidden, the setting is wifi and backhaul, and devices are capable to detect the wifi6e.
Anyone can advise on this?

Hi, the 6GHz on the Deco could be set to use different SSIDs from 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
So if you are using a different SSID on the 6GHz, you are supposed to detect a separate 6GHz SSID, for example:

@David-TP the device is samsung s22 ultra, and another is a Meta Quest 3....both support 6E. The Netgear router at my moms is RAXE300, just single unit no mesh... The 6E ssid always shows and connects fine...
Would be great get some help on this.....specifically if one could turn off 6E backhaul when it's unnecessary such as ethernet backhaul... would likely help the client 6E connection
