I set the parental limits on the deco app and then when I save them they set themselves to no limit? Help appreciated!

I have a Deco Ax3000 mesh system.

Hi, are you able to share a video clip for me?

I noticed your firmware of Deco X50 is still on 1.2.5, and the latest firmware for Deco X50 has reached 1.4.1.

It is also suggested to update the firmware first under Deco APP>More>System tools>Update Deco.

Or you could also refer to this link to update the firmware manually via the web UI:
