Deco mesh S4 seems to be working BUT when I log into the app to view the Mesh activity and how the Deco mesh activity is working it shows the network for a couple of seconds then comes up with the 'We couldn't find Deco - Something went wrong with the Cloud service'

 

Set up one main Deco with 3 other Deco units to spread wifi signal as directed in the setup info.

 

Looks like the main Deco is green and the other 3 are red but Wifi is working all around the house.

 

Anyone know of a fix. I'd hate to reset everything then not have Wifi.

Hi, is there any self-deployed Antivirus in the system?

Would the satellite Deco S4 stay on flashing red all the time?

I've just sent the APP log info you needed.

No Antivirus only Nord VPN.

 

I have 3 other satellite Decos, 2x S4 units showing white light on top (so connected and wifi working but on the app its saying 3 offline - see images sent via the APP log request) 

 

The extra one I purchased for our outside studio is a Deco S7. This one supplys wifi internet to the studio - We also have 2 Macs hardwired to a TP link - Ethernet Splitter so have fast interent.  The Deco S7 is showing red on top not flashing just solid red. But getting good wifi strength in the studio. I just unplugged the ethernet from the back of my Mac and got 489mbps DL and 46 UL so wifi seems to be working.

I think you could try to install the beta firmware here on the Deco S7 to see whether it helped:

You could manually log into the individual web UI of satellite S7 to update the firmware:
