Thank you very much for the feedback.

May I know your who your ISP is and the model no. of your GPON SFP? And it is connected to SFP+ port of the BE800, right?

Please also share with us screenshot of the Ethernet Status on the BE800 web interface: Network Map->Archer BE800.

  @SpeedxThunder Currently I can't share the web UI screenshot but it shows 1000MBps in sfp interface instead of 2500Mbps

I have 2 SFP ODI/HSGQ DFP-34X-2C2 (chipset: Realtek RTL9601D) which doesn't even connect at 2.5gbps and another FS GPON-ONU-34-20BI(Chipset: Lantiq PEB98035) which randomly connects to 2500Mbps like 2-3 out of 10 times and I am using it with Airtel Xstream Fiber connection

i am facing too much trouble due to this

  @SpeedxThunder I was using 1.0.6 debug firmware to make 2.5g work but it auto-updated to 1.1.1 and now I cant even downgrade to older firmware and I am back at 1g link speed

  @SpeedxThunder

Hello, I am having the same exact issue with my BE800 and FS GPON-ONU-34-20BI. I had it working at 2.5gbps for around a week but today it dropped to 1gbps, I tried setting the internet port negotiation speed to 2.5 to no avail:

Thanks very much for the feedback!

May I know who is your ISP(internet service provider)?  Please share both hardware and firmware version of your Archer BE800.
