Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20231229 Rel 43148

So, a week ago I upgraded all my Deco to 1.2.0 Build 20231229 Rel 43148 (at least this is what the app shows) and after that Deco app became very, very unstable. Main problems:

-it continously shows that all 3 access points are offline (they are not!)

-it quite often fails to fetch online devices with a suggestion to reboot everything

-i can't reboot the whole systems because it says that there is no connection to main deco

-as I enter the app, I see the message that Cloud Service does not work properly and deco was not found

Errors are present even when i am on a cellular network (5G)

The internet connection however, is rock solid, I get my 900/200 all the time at main deco at all three access points. Here is what I tried:

-rebooting whole deco system numerous times

-reinstalling the app

-installing Deco app on other devices (kids' tablets, wife's phones) and problem persists even there, on freshly installed device.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Even the web interface says the access points are down...

  @Happy_x50

Hard reset all of the decos and start from scratch, have you done that?

Or maybe try swapping the nodes as the main one to zero out which node is giving you the problems.

  @Omochao nope, and I really want to avoid solutions like that. The internet connection itself is stable, no client reports any problems, only deco app goes crazy.

  @Happy_x50

Hi, Thank you very much for the logs.

They have been forwarded to the engineers for further analysis.

By the way, how are the three satellite Deco X50 connected to the main Deco X50, wirelessly or via Ethernet cables?

such as:

main Deco X50 ---<Wi-Fi>--satellite Deco 50#1----<Wi-Fi>--satellite Deco 50#2

                                          \--satellite Deco 50#3

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @David-TP Ethernet backhaul: Main Deco -> TL SG1016DE switch -> other decos.

  @David-TP I have the same issues since i few days. The wifi becomes unstable. Today all Access points are supposedly offline. The main DECO is showing a red exclamation.

Rebooted etc and nothing to get back online.
