Hi. We have problem with connecting to Internet for several days. Our modem model is: TD-W8961N(EU). I live in Iran, Tehran. I have understood that when the Internet disconnected, in 192.168.1.1 I will see:

 

I have understood the PPPoE and PPPoA connections go down when my Internet is disconnecting. And one other thing, please see my log when Internet is disconnected:

The error "netMakeChannDial: err=-3000 rn_p=80469a10" repeats and repeats again.

 

And when connection is OK, I will see:

 

 

Can you help me and resolve my problem?

 

Oh, I forget to say one other thing. Can you send the link of latest version of firmware for my modem? TD-W8961N(EU) is my modem model.

Hello 

I live in Kermanshah, Iran

I bought a w8961n v4 modem on 4/18/2024 

I entered the settings correctly, but the Internet light did not turn on?

I even entered the dns manually and reset my modem many times but the internet light never came on while the adsl light is on and steady.

I called Iran Telecom and they said that the problem is not ours

And now I am sure that the modem has a problem

According to the research I did, the Iranian telecommunication company does not provide service to the tplink modem, I don't know the reason!!!

It seems like your PPPoE and PPPoA connections are indeed dropping when you lose internet connection. Checking the log when it happens might provide more insights halloweensquishmallows.store.
