  @Charlie7

Check if the connection between the modem and the router is stable.

Is your modem in bridge mode ? From your router logs can be seen that you're behind CG-NAT.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

  @terziyski

Thanks for reply.

Have been in contact with my IP to check there is no issues their side. The connection is stable from the modem. Their network team are checking my logs to confirm there isn't an issue with their network. Waiting back to hear from them.

I have searched on the forum and seen other people have had issues similar/same to mine & here

Have also noticed there is a newer firmware on the site that isn't shown when logged into router. Going to wait until my IP get back to me before I changed anything.

Next time it drops i will plug into the modem and see if I can connect okay.

Will update when I have anything new to add. Have no idea why this has started happening and is frustrating :/

Forgot to add, switched to static IP yesterday by my IP and problem occurred again this morning. No pattern with times. 5 times in 3 day period.
