AX50 dropping connection after upgrading firmware to 1.0.13 Build 20230906 rel.40682(5553)

Model: Archer AX50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.13 Build 20230906 rel.40682(5553)

I upgraded firmware manually last week to 1.0.13 Build 20230906 rel.40682(5553).  The upgrade went fine, but performance has been spotty since then.  Occasionally speed and range seem erratic, and we've had a few cases where it drops connection to the internet.  Could be our ISP (Xfinity), but it seems pretty coincidental that these problems started surfacing after I did the firmware upgrade.

Happy to send a log if that helps.  Here's a typical sequence that happened this morning.  I'd like to know whether there are other reports of problems with this firmware rev, or if my log entries indicate it might be an ISP problem.

Thanks, Matt

Hi, the system log only show some led-controller related information, please help to confirm the following details:

1. When the issue happens, will the Internet LED on the router turn red or orange? and will the internet recover automatically in a few minutes or you have to restart the router to get internet again?

2. When the router loses internet access, please connect a computer directly to your modem and test if the modem still works or not

3. If the modem is confirmed to be stable, please follow this thread to troubleshoot the router unstable issue:

What if TP-Link Router Disconnects from Internet?

Hi Sunshine,

1a. When the issue happens, will the Internet LED on the router turn red or orange? YES

1b. and will the internet recover automatically in a few minutes or you have to restart the router to get internet again? RECOVERS AUTOMATICALLY

2. When the router loses internet access, please connect a computer directly to your modem and test if the modem still works or not I'LL TRY THIS THE NEXT TIME IT OCCURS

3. If the modem is confirmed to be stable, please follow this thread to troubleshoot the router unstable issue: I'LL DEFINITELY TRY THIS.

The ball's in my court - thanks for your help. I'll report back with any interesting updates.
