Model: Tapo P110  
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: Latest

Apologies I have no idea of hardware or firmware..

 

The app shows my energy in dollars and not GBPounds.

 

My account is registered in the UK. 

 

How can I change this - and if I can't if I create a new account to rectify this will all the plugs I've got be picked up by the new account?

Do you use an Android or iOS device?

 

  • On iOS devices, the currency unit follows the regional settings of the phone.
  • For Android devices, the currency unit is consistent with the currency unit of the Google Play Store account.
