Model: Deco BE85
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.16

I recently switched from iOS to Android, and am experiencing an issue I've never had before on iOS.

About once per day, when I open the Deco app, it is empty, as if I didn't have any networks linked to my account.

I appear to be logged in, although the sidebar on the left doesn't show my profile photo, nor the networks that I manage.

See the screenshot.

The workaround is to kill the app and to re-launch it. Then I can see the 2 networks that I manage.

App version : 3.7.25

Phone model: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

One UI Version 6.1

Android version 14

@Dokterd0k It might be related to the Deco app version (Deco app on Android not issuing alerts?).

Version 3.7.25 of the Deco app seems to rolled out to only a handful of users, and coincidentally, only to Android 14 users.

  @Dokterd0k

Hi, Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log here:

How to submit Deco APP log

(Please remember to tick "Add system logs".)

I do see similar feedback on 3.7.25 earlier:

Wait for your reply and best regards.

@Dokterd0k Quick update: I've been testing a beta version of the Android app for almost a week now which fully fixes the issue for me. I'm in touch with TP-Link's support and believe this updated version should come out soon.

@ImtiazAli That's also the beta APK version I had received from the support team. Glad to hear it's widely available now.

Re:Android app is empty, forgets my networks
Monday

Almost daily, the app opens to an empty screen, as if I'm not connected to any networks. It seems like I'm logged in, but my profile picture and managed networks are missing from the sidebar. This never happened on my iPhone wile playing.
