DECO M4 perte de connexion
Bonjour,
J'ai recemment mis à jours mes deco M4 et je constate des pertes de connexion reguliere, y compris en filaire. Comment peut on resoudre ce probleme, merci d'avance

Hi, have you noticed any Deco M4 turn red during the disconnection?

@David-TP hi, yes the light turn red, I check everything and all seems alright. The disconnections happen us the night with no special reasons

Hi, Have you checked with the service provider to see whether they had regular network maintenance?
Or when Deco turned red, did you connect a laptop via an Ethernet cable to the ISP modem directly to see whether the internet connection is still available?

@David-TP hi, of course my first though was a internet provider trouble. But on this side everything is fine when the deco doesn't work my not work with my connection with my provider is fine.
