Internet Speed very slow and frequent disconnection on TL-MR100 after upgrade
Hello,
I Have a TL-MR100 router that i use it in french guyana with RED caraibe by SFR.
Everything worked fine for the first day but after that, the connection have faced some disconnection.
So, I upgraded with the main router page to the 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 231101 Rel.58526n version (ISP version: 23101201).
After this upgrade, the worst begun.
Many Disconnections, very low speed internet (2 MB/s). I tested the speed with my phone (LTE) at the same carrier and it delivered a good speed (about 20mbps)
So I tried to upgrade with the firmware from tplink website TL-MR100(EU)_2.0_1.1.0 Build 230314 but the router do not accept it.
The log mentionned Always (every 3 sec) the same error

May I confirm some information for better analysis?
1. How often does the unstable connection issue happen? Do you have to reboot the router manually or the router can recover back to normal automatically when the issue happens? Does all LED status show normally when the network is unstable? And all your clients lose internet?
2. When the unstable issue happens, can you computer connected to the router wirelessly/wired and log into the web interface?
If so, please log into the web interface, go to Advanced >>Status and share the screenshot, and go to Advanced>> System Tools >>System Log >>Save Log and share here.
3. Can you put the SIM card out of the router and put it in your phone, then observe the internet connectivity?

So,
1- almost all the day, the router disconnects and reconnects automatically. The LEDs are always ON and full signal LEDs are ON also.
Yes all clients disconnects like my firestick and my smartphone.
2- when it deconnects, the only "error" that recome to the log is the same:
USER: no need to init device sca
ERROR: Unsupport PLMN, cannot find the section
I try to share the log with you in the post but failed to upload. Can I share it with you by private message?
For example, yesterday all the morning it deconnects and reconnects.
3- I get the SIM card in my phone and at the same location it connects normally and I get between 15 and 20 Mbps.

When the internet drops, can you also go to Adanced>> Status of the Web UI and share the screenshot?
BTW, when you inserted the SIM card in your phone, the internet on your phone is stable, right?
Then, our senior engineer will take a further analysis.

1- when the internet deconnects, the interface still available. It doesn't change the band.
2- when I get only 4g the internet disconnects et didn't reconnect.
3- I try to get it at my phone and the internet is stable.
I joined the screenshot.
I try to send you the log by PM but I can send only 1000 characters.

It is suggested to change DNS on the router. You may check how to change DNS from this FAQ.
And do you have a wired device？ Can you connect the wired device to the router directly via ethernet cable then check speed via speedtest.net? Then share us the test result.

For the DNS we can change it only for wired device (LAN)
