Hello, unfortunately I have not been able to access my sockets outside the WLAN for some time now. As soon as I am in the mobile network, the sockets are displayed as "offline". Anyone have a solution?

  • Check if there are any router settings might block Tapo device's internet access, such as Access Control, Parental Control, etc. You may try to disable the firewall.
  • Restart both smart device and the router.
  • Change router DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
