Hi

I have a set of deco m5 & m7 extenders, when I look at the network it says all devices connected at the router, however I know that isnt true as if I unplug a deco device I lose Internet connect in the garden office.

So do I need to modify sone settings to ve able to see which actual deco devices are in use by the various phobes/laptops etc.

Thanks

Andy

  @AndyMase

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Since there hasn't been a model of Deco M7, I think the model might be Deco M9 Plus.

If yes, may I know the firmware version of the Deco M9 Plus?

If it was still on 1.2.11, please refer to method 3 here to update the latest firmware-1.6.3 first:

Best regards.
