Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.3.7

My camera will not let me scroll through the timeline. It just goes back to the last detected event. My other Tapo camera of a different model isn't doing this. Just my C425.

Make sure the Tapo App is updated. You may try to delete and re-install the App. 

 

Check if the problem occurs when using another phone.

 

Do you have Tapo Care subscription? Or is it the SD card recording? Can you play the detection video by clicking the event directly instead of scrolling the timeline?
