@David-TP I'm having issues with WiFi connectivity now. I have a hidden SSID for my main network which worked fine until now. I'm using the "Allow List" and have set my phone to not use a randomised MAC address but have to keep reconnecting every time I leave the house and come back even though I have approved it in the Deco app. Anyone else having a similar issue?

I have five XE75 version 2.0 Deco's, currently running firmware version 1.2.5 Build 20231225 Rel. 58766. When I attempt to upgrade the firmware, it reports that I'm up to date.
When I attempted to manually upgrade to version 1.4.0, the process fails with:
"Upgrade failed. Please select the latest version of firmware to upgrade."
Can I assume the failure is because I'm using version 2.0 XE75's?
If so, can I expect an update for my version anytime soon?
Thank you!

Hi, Thanks for the message.
You are right. The 1.4.0 here is for V1 only.
Deco XE75 V2 is planned to release a similar firmware and if there are any further updated news, I will update the community as well.
Best regards.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I wonder whether it might be related to the "Hidden SSID". If we temporarily turn off "Hidden SSID", will the allow-list devices automatically connect to Deco when coming home?
By the way, did most of the mobile devices have this issue or just the smartphone?
If it is just the mobile phone, can I have its model number?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi, in the Mesh system of Deco XE75, except Deco XE75_v1, is there any other hardware version or model, like V2, or Deco XE75 Pro?
Deco XE75 supports OFDMA/MU-MIMO by default and the On/Off toggle for this feature was added later since version 1.2.0.
I don't think 1.4.0 removed the on/off toggle for OFDMA/MU-MIMO, but other Deco models in the Mesh system haven't added this on/off toggle yet.
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

Hi @David-TP ,
Any idea on how long later it will be for the XE75 Pro, are we talking days weeks or months?
I have been unable to connect my Tapo devices for a while now since the updated firmware in Tapo devices causing the integration to break.
I hoped purchasing a newer pro line of a product would come with higher support than the older/cheaper devices.

Hi, sorry for the delay.
I noticed you happen to be on Deco XE75 Pro_V2 and the new 1.2.10 firmware that has added the TKIP protocol for Tapo/kasa devices, is in the release process(30% for now).
It has been uploaded to the US site. (The EU shared the same download link if you want to manually update the firmware via web UI.)
Thank you very much and best regards.
