We used the OLT VSOL 1600G1 that works with other TPLINK devices but the XC-220-G3 nothing, TPLINK support did remote access and was unable to resolve it, anyone experiencing the same problem?

Bom dia, os dispositivos conectados pela porta LAN no XC-220-G3 definitivamente não navegam na INTERNET , já testei vários firmwares , pega IP e DNS normalmente. Usamos a OLT VSOL 1600G1 que funciona com outros dispositivos TPLINK mas a XC-220-G3 nada, o suporte da TPLINK fez acesso remoto e não conseguiu resolver , alguém passando pelo mesmo problema?
