Hi,

I got this product last week and I have used it for 2-3 days. One day I realized that I couldn't connect to the internet from my laptop via ethernet cable, but the wifi was working fine. After some troubleshooting steps (changing the modem, ethernet cable...), I unplugged the wifi range extender and the ethernet connection came back. After some time I plugged it again and used it for a day, there were no problems with wifi or my ethernet connection, but again the ethernet connection gone and it was sayıng 'unidentified network' on my laptop. Now, I am 100% sure that the problem occurs after some time when I plug the wifi range extender, but I don't know what to check, or how to fix it. I have seen some topics about this issue but couldn't find any solutions.

Thank you.

  @btan

Hi, if your TL-WA854RE is V4, it is also suggested to keep firmware updated. The latest official firmware-TL-WA854RE(EU)_V4_1.0.13 Build 231115 should fix this issue already.

Thank you very much and best regards.
