Hi there,
 

Recently got a 3 unit pack of x60 with stock firmware of

1.0.7 Build 20210915 Rel. 62826


The app and web Ul shows an update to

1.2.5 Build 20240106 Rel. 2319


When upgraded from both app and webui it download's and applies but the firmware version stays at stock 1.0.7 with prompts of 'update your deco' still up.

 

Tried downloading and applying the same version through zip file manually but the results are the same still on 1.0.7.


Any pointers and help would be much appreciated.

I followed the instruction given by you and it’s successfully worked.

 

First i manually flash the firmware version 1.2.1 Build 20230509, after that i sucessfully upgraded on the version 1.2.5 Build 20240106.

i have the same problem 
were i can find Deco X60_V3_1.2.1 Build 20230509 
i only find 1.2.5 and above
