P100 will not switch off

Once switched on it will not switch off. Tried factory reset, removed and reinstalled. still will not work. I have two P100 behaving the same. can any one advise. Or should they be discarded?
Double-check if the appliance exceeds the limit of the smart plug. Long-term overloads can easily cause plug damage.
You can try to leave the device unplugged for a while before continuing to use it. Unplug it from power and gently tap one of its sides to a level surface, try several times until it returns to work.
If the problem persists, contact local TP-Link support for further assistance.
