I've recently upgraded our internet to BT Full Fibre 100, we have five M5s including the master connected and have noticed that our speed and connection have become patchy.

Are there any settings I need to change for full fibre or do I need to upgrade from the M5 setup?

Hi, welcome to the community.

I think Deco M5 could handle BT Full Fibre 100.

Since there are 5*Deco M5 units, how to deploy these 5 units might influence the speed and connection a lot.

Are all the 5*Deco M5 units currently wireless connected together?

Can I have a diagram of your network topology?

Ethernet Backhaul, if possible would be an excellent choice to improve the speed and stability.
