H200 is just stubborn, doesn't want to be solid amber.
Hey there.
I recently bought a Tapo C420S2 (two C420s) and they came with an H200 hub. As I was trying to set it up, it just does not become solid amber. As I connect the LAN cable to my router and the power into an outlet, it boots up as solid red. I use a pin to hold the RESET button until it flashed red but it just became solid red after a few seconds and I just don't know why. Also, a few seconds after the reset becomes solid red, it starts flashing red for a few seconds then it goes back to solid red.
What do I do?

Do you use the original power adapter? Check if the power cord is tightly connected to the H200.
Leave it powered on for a longer time to see if there is any change with the LED light.
Is it the first installation?

@Wayne-TP I'm having a similar issue. The H200 went offline about a week ago, after working fine since June. I've tried several times to add it again. The unit flashes red, and red to green. It won't flash amber and does not synch to my device. I've tried everything suggested in the app; resetting, disconnecting and re-plugging in both power and network cables. Still flashing red to green.

Blinking red and green indicator the H200 is in the setup. It's likely that the hub doesn't recognize the ethernet connection.
Remove the SD card if there is one inserted. Then restart the hub.
Use the same ethernet cable to connect a PC, check whether the PC can recognize the ethernet connection.
