Noticed quite a few threads on here relating to Known Device Alerts not working with error message "try again later" on Android and IOS.

I am getting the same problem on my Samsung devices.

On PC I downloaded Bluestacks Android emulator and installed the Deco app.

On the app in Bluestacks I can set up alerts no problem, and they appear on my Android device.

Hope this helps with anyone with a PC who would like to try this temporary fix until TP-Link sort the problem.

My deco S4's are in router mode connected to a Sky router, and the PC is connected to a satellite S4 by ethernet cable.
