Hi, Did the error code show up during the installation or the process of connecting the home Wi-Fi?
Can I have a screenshot of the error code?
It is also suggested to install the driver here to see whether it helped:
Realtek Chipset Driver for Archer T2U(Nano/ Plus)/T3U(Nano/ Plus)/T4U(Plus)/T4UH/T9UH (Win7/Win10)
