I have 3 Deco X50 and sometimes the app says my system is offline. All LEDs are stable green and internet traffic is working smoothly for clients. I'm unable to change any settings or allow new clients into the network when it is in this state.

Workaround: Rebooting the main Deco solves the issue for the moment.

I'm running the latest firmware available (1.4.1) and I've seen similar threads in the forum but I did not find a useful solution. What can be the solution?

By the way, who is your internet service provider and how about the internet connection type for IPV4 service?

It is also suggested to refer to this link to change the WAN DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to see whether it helped:

Hi! Thanks for the swift reply. I havent yet attempted to extract the logs, but changing the DNS might have helped. I dont visit the app daily, but since i changed the DNS i haven't yet encountered the problem as described. I'll follow up with logs if the problem is encountered. My ISP is Tele2 (Sweden).
