Hello, when I get the product, I try to set up the device. I connect to Wifi named the SSID in the bottom of the device, and use the password in the same label. However, my phone shows can't connect. I reset the device and tried again, and still failed. What's wrong?

How did you reset it? Usually we use a pin to press and hold the reset hole on the back of the product until the power light flashes.
It is also recommended that you restart the router or use a different mobile phone to configure it.
If it still fails, please provide a screenshot of the error message.
