Hello, I'm not able to connect my TAPO hub H100 to my wifi, I reset it by pressing for 10 sec the Sync button but nothing, connecting to the device hotspot like instructions but no luck so far it doesn't connect. Tapo was connected to Alexa before, since I change my SSID it doesn't connect anymore

Could you help me out?

What's the error message you received? Do you have an independent 2.4GHz SSID?

Did you try to connect the H100 to a mobile hotspot and it failed as well? What was the error message?
