Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I have an AX10(AX1500) router provided by DIGI Romania which is acting as main gateway (router) then I added an EX220 (AX1800) router provided also by DIGI Romania as an EasyMesh satellite.

The issue is that I can still see the guest networks even if they are disabled (from the AX10 page).

If I turn off the AX1800 router, the guest networks also disappear.

I tried rebooting both of them, did not help.

Unf. I can't get the firmware version of the AX1500 as this seems to  be some custom firmware and I cant see the version or upgrade it.

AX1800: Firmware Version:0.13.0 Build 230322 Rel.53501n Hardware Version:EX220 v1.0 00000000

Does anyone knows how to fix this and guest networks wont appear anymore?

Thank you!

From your description it seems that EX220s are emitting the guest SSIDs - " If I turn off the AX1800 router, the guest networks also disappear. "

Normally, when using Easymesh the guest network SSID an be seen through the main router only (on which you disabled this feature already).

Your devices are provided by your local ISP and they most probably are with a customized FW for this particular ISP.

The best way to resolve this issue is to contact your ISP and ask them for assistance on that - they should provide an updated FW version for these devices.
