Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20240111 Rel. 84231

Hai All,

I facing issue with Deco X10 where didn't get full speed on the Wi-Fi 6. My subscription is 200Mbps up and down. The reason why I use Deco X10 as AP mode is because I'm using pfsense as my main router while Deco X10 as AP only.

1. Doing testing using direct switch - able to get 200Mbps up and down.

2. Doing testing using LAN port at Deco X10 - able to get 200Mbps (Nearly 200Mbps) up and down.

3. Doing testing using Wi-Fi 6 - Able to get 137Mbps down and 146Mbps for up.

4. Set Deco X10 as router mode + PPPoE - Able to get 200Mbps up and down.

I've also try do as below :

1. Downgrade to the lowest version of Firmware - Cannot get 200Mbps up and down for Wifi.

2. Try to upgrade firmware follow the path - Cannot get 200Mbps up and down for Wifi.

3. Disable flow control - Cannot get 200Mbps up and down for Wifi.

4. Disable OFDMA + MU-MIMO + BEAMFORMING - Cannot get 200Mbps up and down for Wifi.

Apprecite if anyone could advise what should I do next. Please be informed that the Access Point mode doesn't have QoS, so it disabled by default.

Speedtest using LAN direct switch.

Speedtest using Wi-Fi6 from Deco X10

Direct LAN port at Deco X10

Using other router as AP (Wifi 5 only).

Wi-Fi 6 link speed is 1081Mbps for RX 961 for TX.

  @mhdfauzanmus

Hi, Have you tried to change different test servers when the intel AX211 is connected Deco X10 in AP mode?

Have you checked the wireless link speed when  intel AX211 is connected to the WiFi 5 only AP as well as Deco X10 in router mode?

Wait for your reply and best regards.
