Hoping someone can help with the below issue. 

 

i have an x50 and am unable to set up connection alerts either for new or known devices. 
 

For new devices, after I toggle on connection alerts it appears to work but when I go bank to check it's toggled off again. 

 

For known devices, I get an error after trying to add the alert. 

 

I have attempted this a number of times over the last few days but it never works.

Hi, nice to see you again.

Have you tried to enable the connection alerts via the mobile 3G/4G data, not connecting to the Wi-Fi of Deco?

Please try to restart the Deco system once if possible.

Moreover, please submit the Deco APP log again and you could also attach the video clip with the Deco APP log:

  @David-TP hi David. How do I do that? If I disconnect from the WiFi I can't access any of those settings in the app? I have already tried rebooting. Thanks
