How Can I Restore Original Firmware

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 21.12.01.01006

I'm using modified modem firmware from my ISP. (Turk Telekom)

I changed my ISP to another provider. I want to use original TP-Link firmware.

Firmware update settings are not showing. But I can't access to root account.

How Can I update safely? I want to pervent remote access from my ISP.

Hi, welcome to the community.

I'm afraid you might need to contact the original ISP directly to unlock the customized firmware.

We're not allowed to make any changes to the customized firmware without the ISP's permission.
