The power LED is the only light on. I cannot access the router at all locally. I have tried to reset it but holding down the reset button for any length of time does nothing. If I switch the unit ON with the reset button held down I get no lights at all. Any help would be appreciated
Hi, have you tried to plug it into another power socket?
How long have you had the model router?
I think the modem might be broken and it's time to contact the local technical support to check for warranty service.

Yes. I have tried a few different outlets. It is quite old so probably just broken as you say
