Several problems here:

1. It's not fully plug and play - drivers don't download automatically.

2, The Setup program doesn't install drivers, it just tries to discover the device and then gives up when it can't find it.

3. Drivers are not available as files to use directly. There's just a setup program, and since it doesn't find the device it doesn't copy any drivers anywhere.

Please consider addressing the above. In the meantime the device goes back to seller with a one-star rating.
