ECO Mode for Deco model X1500

Kindly, could you tell me when the firmware to implement "Eco Mode" on deco model X1500 will be released?

The current firmware 1.0.6 of Deco X1500 should be on the 1.6.0 Platform.
Understand the Differences Among Deco Firmware Platforms
ECO Mode is expected on 1.10.0 platform so I guess Deco X1500 needs to be on version 1.2.X.
It might still need quite a while.

Kindly, could you let me understand, with a simple example, the criterion for establishing one platform rather than another? I don't quite understand the mechanism.
Another question: in your opinion, approximately how long will I have to wait for the firmware update? Just to get an idea, whether it is a matter of waiting a few months (maybe by the end of the year) or longer. I'm asking this as I would like to understand for a moment whether I should change the slide (make the product return) or wait for them to implement the feature. Thank you!
