Solution Can't Watch Playback or Camera Blinking Red When Watching Liveview after Updating H200 to 1.3.4

Description
After updating the Tapo H200 hub to firmware 1.3.4, cameras connected to the hub may experience the following issues:

Case One
- Unable to view the camera live stream and the playback videos stored in the MicroSD card.
- Camera's LED indicator flashes red when attempting to view the live stream

Case Two
- Able to view the live stream but not playback videos.
- A "Network Unstable" error message appears when trying to watch the playback videos stored on the MicroSD card.
- The recording setting has chosen not to record sound. (Tapo App -> Camera Settings -> Storage & Recording -> Record Sound)

Production firmware 1.3.5 Build 20240726 rel.48294 for Tapo H200 with relevant fixes is now released.
