I cannot update the firmware.

Is " 1.0.6 Build 20210628 Rel. 38367" your current firmware? And which version do you plan to update?

@David-TP Yes. My current firmware version is 1.0.6 Build 20210628 Rel. 38367. I wanted to go any version where I can do VPN setting in the router. Please note that my hardware is V(2.0)

So far, the latest official firmware is 1.2.4 Build 20231206 but it doesn't support VPN Server/Client either.
This feature follows the main Deco and you might consider adding a Deco that has supported a VPN Server/Client already, such as:
