Deco XE75 Regular Disconnects after Automatic Firmware Update
Subject says it all.
I have 3 XE75 units covering my home with the main plugged directly into a Vodafone fibre-to-the-premises socket. Units received an automatic firmware update and then at least two of them started disconnecting every day, more recently multiple times a day. Only the 'main' unit appears online when I go into the Deco app. A reboot seems to be the only thing that fixes it.

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.
Would the LED on the satellite Deco XE75 units turn flashing red?
Did both satellite Deco XE75 wirelessly connect to the main Deco XE75?
In the meantime, I will also follow up on your case via email. Please check later whether you could receive my email.
Best regards.

I'll watch out for LED behaviour next time it fails. All XE75 units connect wirelessly to each other - only the main XE75 uses a LAN cable to connect to the fibre termination point in my home.

@intgom I have V2 hardware, but same issue moving to 1.2.10 earlier this week. The units seem to reboot spontaneously a few times a day. When I got look at the log files on the main router right after it happens, they have been wiped clean and start again, so it seems like the main hub unit reboots and starts a clean log file.
Super annoying, as it causes multiple intermittent outages a day in my house right now. I am currently downgrading back to 1.2.9 to see if that makes any difference and I can get it stable again.

Hi, did the reboot issue stop ever since reverting to 1.2.9?
How many online clients are connected to the Deco Mesh network?
Are there any 6GHz devices? How about the number of smart IOT devices?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP Yes, since downgrading to 1.2.9 the reboot issue is gone.
I have about 23 clients connected to the mesh system (with the primary AP + 2 satellites all backhauled over wired connections).
There are a few 6Ghz devices. I turned off beamforming and other features like that on 1.2.10 and still had the reboot issue.
There are probably 5-6 IoT type devices connected as well.
