D230S1 - Doorbell Unable to connect when trying to speak though doorbell
I am able to live stream my doorbell,
I am able to receive all notifications and video calls fine but when I answer a call with the phone locked OR unlocked and app fully open i get the error message 'Unable to Connect please try again'
I have tried with iphone locked, unlocked, app open, app in the background, fresh doorbell call and to speak via livesteam.
This error message happens even when I live stream and then clcik on the phone icon.
Quick responses work, everything else works, but I cant connect to speak through the my iphone to the doorbell.
I very strong internet/mesh netwrok, hub is connected vie ethernet cable so I dont understand what the issue is here?

@DonnieDarko3000 Just to close out the thread - Cliff and the TAPO team have been amazing! They pushed a firmware update to my hub and my issue was immediately resolved! FAST AND FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!!

Is your account linked with Alexa? Check whether the "Doorbell Press Notifications" is enabled for this device in the Alexa App. If so, try to disable it, see if that helps.

@Wayne-TP yes it was linked to Alexa.
I disabled door bell press notifications - gave it time to refresh but it still didn't work. Then I deleted the door bell entirely from alexa. Still doesn't work.
Any ideas?
