Phenomenon Description
When the Tapo doorbell links with Alexa and has the "Doorbell Press Notification" enabled, you may experience the following issues with the Tapo App.
1. When someone rings the doorbell, cannot pickup the doorbell ring call and an error message "line busy" appears.
2. Unable to use Tapo doorbell's Talk or Voice Call feature, displaying an error "Unable to connect. Please try again later."
Solution
Update Tapo H200 to the latest firmware version. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
Or, disable "Doorbell Press Notification" in the Alexa App.
