My Doorbell has stopped automatic recording After the firmware update.
I have tried to connect the Customer Service but after 2 months no answer

Hi I am having the same issue. And I had set the detection zone but the camera is still not recording. It was well before but suddenly it just doesn’t record. But it can detect motion and send notification to the phone. Please help

And I had set the detection zone but the camera is still not recording
Have you redefined the detection zone after the firmware upgrade ? that's what got mine to record again

Stopped recording after 2nd Dec.
Tried redefining zones and still no luck.
It will give notifications but won't record.
