We use talk/call option the volume from mobile to Camera, the volume in camera is very low and the people in remote is unable hear me properly. But i can able to hear them proporly.
When using Tapo camera's Talk or Voice Call feature, make sure to check the camera speaker and microphone volume. In your case, check whether the speaker volume is low.
If there is no sound or low volume from the camera when speaking from the camera, check how the camera alarm sounds when detecting movements. *Do forget to turn on camera motion detection and (sound) alarm before the testing.
It's important to note that the volume effect of the camera's speaker can vary depending on the installation environment. For example, when installed in an indoor, relatively small space, the sound will appear louder. If installed in an open outdoor environment, the same volume level will sound softer compared to indoors. The ambient noise in the outdoor environment can also impact the perceived volume.
