Whenever I add a device, mobile phone(Android), laptop(macbook), TV(Samsung) to a parental control profile.
It automatically just locks the user from internet even though there is allocated time left for each profile.
The devices seems to work perfectly the moment they are removed from profiles
Has anyone seen or resolved this issue

I noticed your current firmware was Deco X55_V1_1.5.1, there is a new 1.5.5 version released a few days ago.
It is also suggested to update the current firmware to the latest 1.5.5 first：
