Firmware Release Build:

Deco X20_V4/V4.6(US_EU_JP) 1.5.5_Build_20240718 Newly reached to the 1.11.0 Firmware Platform. 
Deco X60_V4.6(US) 1.5.5_Build_20240718

Update Advice:
1. A firmware recovery is needed if you want to revert back to the previous version.
2. Please make sure the Deco APP is up-to-date.
3. The 1.5.5 is gradually rolled out to all users and if you haven't detected this version via Deco APP and still want to test the latest version, it is suggested to manually update the firmware via web interface.

 


Modifications and Improvement

1. Support Wireguard VPN server/client, Client Speed Limit, Fixed WAN Port as well as other 1.11.0 Platform featrues.
2. Supported configuring IPv6 during setup.
3. Added the low-power feature;
4. Enhanced the VPN performance;
5. LED schedule feature supported control of individual device LEDs;
6. Enhanced the system security;

Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed the bug of incorrect WAN port recognition;
2. Fixed the bug that DNS lost when renewing dialing.

  @David-TP Any idea when or if these features are coming to the Xxx-DSL models which now appear to be 2 platforms behind the non DSL versions?

Just downloaded this version manually and installed.

Was having issues with using OpenVPN and Mullvad on my X20(v4).

 

The new wireguard support is working perfectly (both client and server). Extremely pleased with update.

 

I did have some isssues using Tp-Links DDNS but it eventually was able to register a name succesfully after I had the wireguard server setup and active.

Hi, Thanks for your time and patience. Currently, there hasn't been a plan to support Wireguard VPN on the Deco X20-DSL.

Hello, does the fw from the X60 V4.6 work on the X60 V3.2?

I read somewhere in this Community that the versions are partially compatible with each other. But I can´t remember which V versions they were.

  @David-TP I have Deco x60 V3 so can i use this firmware for my Deco ? If answer is no then when will get update for this version.

Would also like to know if and when this is coming for the V3. I have them for half a year now and already looks like it's outdated already with new firmware only pushed to newer versions.

Hi, this version is for V4/V4.6. Deco X60 V1/V1.2/V3 doesn't share the same firmware with V4.

The similar version is also planned to be released for Deco X60_V3.
