Hi

It is recommended that you first refer to the following link to troubleshoot:
Ethernet LAN Connection Is Not Working on TP-Link Routers?
By the way, have all Lan ports stopped working?

  @Joseph-TP

Hi

I have a smart-TV i always use wired ethernet connection. it worked fine, then Tether mobile app suggested to update a firmware. I updated it, after that smart-TV lost ethernet connection. i checked my cable from router to TV using LAN-tester, it's fine. then i rebooted router, it did not help. I did power  off/on, still, it did not help, then i plugged LAN-cable to other LAN-ports, it did not work. Then i plug LAN-cable from TV-set to other router's (ER605) Ethernet-port, TV-set got Ethernet connection. but AX73 LAN-port does not work, only Wi-fi works. AX73 has no LEDs on LAN-ports, so i cannot know if it works or not.

I came home and discovered that my TV had an ethernet connection working. I did not do anything.

My assumption is, maybe there are some ethernet autonegotiation issues with my TV.
