I've tried everything, updating the BIOS, changing the PCIE slots, reinstalling drivers, trying to install it in safe mode, changing the BIOS PCIE config, but the adapter does not show up in device manager. What should I do?

Does neither the Wi-Fi part of the Archer TX3000E ("Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz") nor the Bluetooth part of the Archer TX3000E ("Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)") show up in the Device Manager?
