My three smart plugs and the Tapo App work fine. However, the widget says I have no devices and I need to link them. Nowhere do I find a place to link them. Android 14.

Check what type of widget you chose. If a shortcut is selected, a shortcut should be created first in the Tapo app first. Device's status widget is available for certain Tapo devices only, like the sensors.
